Where were you on July 21, 1969? If you were alive then this is a date you most likely will remember. Neil Armstrong left the Lunar Module and put the first human foot on the Moon. Where was I? Well not where I wanted to be! I was in a car going to a place on vacation. All I wanted to be was in front of my TV watching this historic moment in time. Instead I was camping with my family. Not bad, but for a science space nerd who wanted to be an Astronomer it was a calamity!
So move to 2015 and here is my Summer of ’69 retrospect bringing to me and to you this historic moment is K. Bell American Made Mens and Womens Man on the Moon Novelty Sock planting the American Flag on the Lunar Surface. This Sock starts with a Black Background with White Stars in the Sky. Then you see the lone Astronaut, (I am making the assumption) Neil Armstrong. He has the American Flag, Red and White and Blue with a Brown Flag Pole to place on the Moon’s Surface. The Astronaut's Space Suit is Medium Grey and White. The Moon’s Surface is White, Light Blue and Medium Grey which moves in swirls down past the Heel and to the Toes. The Heel and Toes are Black. This is a Thin Style Sock made with a Cozy Cotton Blend. This Sock comes in Sizes Medium and Large. It also has a Childrens Size for Mommy or Daddy and Me or the whole Family wearing Man on the Moon Socks. .
