Hot Sox Womens Zero Hoots Given Owl is a Small Spotted Owl with small Goldenrod Legs and Talons. While looking for what type of Owl this could be, I found two that may be close. They are Ferruginous Pygmy Owl or the Northern Pygmy Owl. The Ferruginous is more Red. Both Owls are in North America, but Northern Pygmy was more within the USA. The Ferruginous is in Latin and South America more than USA but Arizona is Tops in its travels. 

Hot Sox Womens Zero Hoots Given is a Novelty Sock with added fun to it. The fun are the words added to the Bottom of the Sock. It Says in Large Bold Black letterers in Tan, “ZERO HOOTS GIVEN” The Cuffs and Toes are Tan too. The Background where the Owl is showing is Blush. The Owl has spindly legs in Goldenrod. The Owl’s body is Rust around the outside, Ochre and Fulvous in the center. His head is Maroon and is Circled in Fulvous and so is his beak. The Owl is Fuzzy, so all the Colors are made to come to the Top of the Owl.
