The term Vintage means “20 to 100 yeas old” when talking about fashion. So, if you are saying something is Vintage it should look like it is part of the era you are choosing to appeal to or look like. Now some people have issues with what they consider Vintage, but many think that things from the 1920’s, 30’s and 1940’s are Vintage. After 100 years it leans more onto Historical fashion. When we make things look old, we want to use darker colors to show that things have changed with age. Colors may look dingy, but also clean. So, we can have blue jeans that are bell bottoms and crop tops like the 1970’s to come back as Vintage and wear along with Socks that also look old but are brand new.
FBF Vintage Flag Sock starts with a Warm Red that is the Cuff, Heels and Toes. The Blue Stripe is True Blue. The Five-Pointed Stars and Stripes are Bran. The last Stripes are called Winetasting. All the colors have been darkened but are still clean and brightened with light. This is a Thin Style and is a Medium Size Sock.
